Northwood Neighborhood Association
The Northwood neighborhood is a diverse community located just northwest of the Loop 1 (MoPac)/Parmer Lane intersection. Established in the 1970′s, this community has grown from a suburban neighborhood to an established urban community.
Our Story
Our Northwood Neighborhood Association (NNA) is NOT a Home Owner's Association (HOA). HOA's often charge dues in the hundreds of dollars a year and have deed enforcement powers. Northwood Neighborhood Association has low dues which help pay for neighborhood activities , website, membership in the Austin Neighborhood Council and keep residents informed of relevant things going on in the neighborhood.
