Roadwork on Council Bluff

Hello Northwood,

I hope everyone is doing well. The City of Austin is preparing to resurface Council Bluff from Silver Creek Dr at the entrance to the neighborhood to Bridlewood Lane. Those of you directly impacted should have received the attached notice regarding the upcoming street work. You may also have seen the piles of aggregate and City equipment at at the Seneca street stub.

The City is planning to chip seal the street, which consists of several layers of tar followed by a layer of aggregate. Once compacted, the City will send the street sweepers to mitigate any remaining loose aggregate.

I wanted to make sure that everyone is aware and has the opportunity to take alternate routes in the neighborhood. The attached flyer provides additional information and City contact info.
